I was not referring to officers purchasing their old issued weapons, I am somewhat beyond a young pup. A cynic? I have to disagree. It was an opinion.

What the Office of the Chief of Police, the County Attorneys Office, the Kentucky State Attorney Generals Office has to do that pertains to our dept. is really no big secret.
