Strongly disagree...you're displaying your youth and cynicism young pup. A lot goes on within the walls of the Office of the Chief of Police, the County Attorneys Office, the Kentucky State Attorney Generals Office, and countless other legal bodies that even smart guys like you are not privy to.

The Administrative Bureau and Training buy the weapons, but they don't maintain them. How would they know new ones need to be purchased?
The Glock manual says pistols used for law enforcement should be inspected each year by a qualified armorer. Anyone doing this? Buying new guns doesn't prevent malfunctions. New guns can have problems too.
