just do what the warrant says!

Unless you are behind the known wanted subject in a vehicle and he is openly mocking you by casually driving away...then the words "To all peace officers, you are hereby commanded to arrest forthwith..." mean absolutely nothing and should be ignored.

The statute says may arrest on warrants.
