Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer adds city position to confront violent crime

Retirement is nice isn't it. I also feel for the dept. All the changes are for the worst, more of the reason why I left. I gave it the benefit of the doubt when Conrad came on board, but I was wrong nothing changed it got worse.
