New Louisville Metro Police policy restricts high-speed pursuits

Relax dude, that is not what he said... He said take INACTIVE Officer's and MOVE to the Late Watch in the 2nd Division and they would be forced to BECOME better Officer with the crime rate. I miss anyone saying late watch officers are inactive. RELAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
