You are not required to just answer the radio, goofball. You are required to "seek out" criminal activity. No one is interested in joining your stupid crusade. The economy is bad and us grown folks are glad to be employed. Your types are the same ones who brought down Hostess.

The department could just assign the most inactive people to midnights in the west end to help them develop their policing skills. It would give them a chance to make arrests for violent felonies like they've seen people do on Law and Order.
