Family files wrongful death suit in case of teen shot by police

I'm not very educated about the difference between the County Attorney's office and the City Law Department. Is there not a City Law Department anymore? Has the County Attorney's office assumed that role? I am former City and I remember seeing legal stuff with "City Law Department" on it. I forgot about it until your post.
