It's isn't Jefferson County. Dept's and officers get sued all the time throughout the state, and if they are in the right, they tell the people to take their best shot. Less liberal than Jefferson Co.. I am curious to see how it plays out. I stand by my original post. Everything is in the Officer's/City's favor.
