Family files wrongful death suit in case of teen shot by police

It's isn't Jefferson County. Dept's and officers get sued all the time throughout the state, and if they are in the right, they tell the people to take their best shot. Less liberal than Jefferson Co..

I am curious to see how it plays out.

I stand by my original post. Everything is in the Officer's/City's favor.

Cases that go before a federal judge almost always get ruled upon in the officers' favor - so there is NO REASON not to at least work it for awhile. But unfortunately, in Louisville, the County Attorney's office is too lazy to do so, just like the City Law Dept. was before.
