The officer did nothing wrong and were dispatched on a break in... They arrive to see a broken out window and made entry to find a crazed person inside..He had a pole or stick....No paycheck...

Yep - after a paycheck. At least this lawyer admitted to it. Normally the family and lawyer will say they were just out for "justice."
