There was NOOOOO confusion. he put his 2 years of explorer time down as his "hire date" then when he was told no...he filed a lawsuit. You r the one who seems to love him. He has many other skeletons.

You are an IDIOT. I do not care what the former County/City rules called for. We are METRO now. There was NO confusion. The rules were sent out via email and stated, list your SWORN DATE. There was no confusion, just a kid who is trying to get to the top before his time.
