It should be prosecuted as a capital offense, but that won't happen in the J.C. since it would conflict with somebody's tee time.

Those clowns that live down there just reinforced that the police are not needed nor welcome in their neighborhood. Pack up the officers and let them have it. We are good at picking up the pieces.
