There could be many crimes involved here. COULD BE. Not saying anything will ever happen about it or that this stuff happened, but....

If the KSP detective suppressed evidence.....what crime is that? If he convinced a witness to change their story....what crime is that? You know that someone confessing to a crime is acting as a witness too. Anyone aiding could be maybe committing a crime also. Top brass involved in keeping a witness quiet. Oh yeah, Morgan is a witness too.

Remember the KSP Detective lost his recorder....Tampering with evidence? How many time has he lost his recorder....was this the first? Coincidence????????

Look up Official Misconduct. Could there have been perjury? Any false statements made? Any false paperwork filed anywhere?

Lots that could be. I'm not saying any of this happened, but from what I have read there are lots of possibles. The only people in the know would be those involved and anyone doing an investigation. Just my opinion. It seems both departments just wanted it to fade away.
