Maybe they just wanted a change of people in the unit. A lot of people were moved around during the reorganization. I think what he is throwing a fit about is that he is losing lots of money in overttime. I can understand that. Maybe he should have applied to the new Viper Unit.
I don't think he has a leg to stand on with this. If he had been the only person moved around then yes. However, that wasn't the case at all.
I also think that his lawyer should advise his wife to be quiet on all the comments on the news until this case is resolved. It is rarely a good thing to speak publicly about an open case outside of a court room.
