Constable to plead guilty in shooting

Eric Weller has recently tested for a position with the Mt. Washington Police Department. He is running around in a vehicle equipped with red and blue lights and is still hanging onto Whitlock. I guess until someone hires him into an actual LE position, he's just another one of Whitlock's impersonators!
