Constable to plead guilty in shooting

That's precisely my point - you guys know they are breaking the law, why aren't you arresting them? I don't have law enforcement powers in Jefferson County and I wouldn't recognize them if I saw them, but apparently you guys do? Last I checked, that is impersonating a peace officer because they aren't legally sworn deputies, ARREST THEM and get them to roll on Whitlock. Better yet, do it after he formally takes the plea to disrupt the diversion. I've also heard that they carry citations with his name and code number of them, surely this is not a difficult thing to investigate?
