Constable to plead guilty in shooting

Look stupid, METRO didn't pull the trigger. This wannabe cop did. He will be the one to pay. Maybe you know him or are on his side, sorry but he is a fu##up from the word go. He is trigger happy and his lack of training makes him a menace in a uniform, I hope he gets what he deserves. Trying to play the blame game will get him nowhere in civil court, ultimately he is responsible for his MISTAKE. He went from she was trying to run over me to I accidently shot her.
