LawSUITS!!! He's suing Metro over the money they owe him, and sadly, he'll likely win that case since Metro Louisville stupidly put themselves in the position to be sued. And he's also suing Chapman and Metro over the expungement issue, as well. He's an idiot, but he's not stupid. (No, he's not, I've known him since at least 1995.)

And he's a county official, who do you think is representing him in the Ortiz lawsuit?
