Constable to plead guilty in shooting

That's whut I'm saying, my dude. Being a convicted felon aint never stopped nobody from carrying a gun. I don't advocate felons carrying guns, but the truth is most of the encounters I have ever had from people carrying guns on patrol has been people who are convicted felons.
