It’s just as convenient to talk about as anything else, but that doesn’t mean I’m buying what you are saying. You dilute your argument when you play the victim. Every appointed rank on this dept should be based on MERIT. We all know that does not happen. White or Black, unfortunately most of the appointed ranks on this dept are not good leaders, including the ones you seem to be defending.
