Actor Warren Oates was just honored here in KY. I had forgotten that he passed away in 1982, just a year after "Stripes" was released. I stand by my comment about the unprofessional behaviour on the department. So then Sgt. Hulka, you should postpone your comments until you have better proof that said conduct does not exist.
