If you move into Kentucky you have 30 days to get a kentucky license. Same with the other states. Your KY license is good until you claim another state for your residence. When you get your license renewed you are saying you are still a resident of that state. If you move, you have to notify. There's a charge for not notfying change of address. How are you going to move to another state and renew with that address. Now you say dual residences. One still has to be primary, so same stuff applies.
