Not true. There are people who legally possess licenses from several different states. If I move to Texas, it does not make my KY license obsolete. I think the poster was asking if my KY license got suspended could I drive legally in KY having a valid Texas license. I don't know the answer, but having licenses from different states is really not uncommon.
