Man arrested in Louisville Arby's after refusing to cover gun, police say

You better care. Lexingotn PD officers are not allowed to carry their weapons in court unless this rule has changed. Ordered by the judges. The officers don't have to like it. I don't like it, but it could be ordered.

Our policy does not supercede state law on concealed carry. We are not required to ask someone to conceal their weapon. It is a "Right", to do so.
