You should care what judges “prefer” because unfortunately they get to make decisions based on their preferences. If we can influence those preferences, all the better. I’m with you 100% on low bonds and early releases, etc. But I don’t want any judge telling me I can’t have a weapon at court. If I have to cover it, so be it, but I want to be armed in that joint.
