thats not what happened, he was in trouble for causing a disturbance. the gun was not the disturbance it was his yelling and screaming. the reason the officer approached may be in question because he has a right to carry if he was not a convicted felon, a harm to himself or others, or court ordered because of domestic violence. the officer did not know that at the time and was investigating, which is what officers are supposed to do.
