So I guess what you are saying is that it is perfectly fine for a police officer to illegally demand that someone cover a holstered weapon and that if they dont submit to some perceived authority then its ok to arrest them. I think not, it doesnt matter one bit if you or anyone else likes something, if it is legal, then your likes make no difference whatsoever!
