Except that Arby's apparently isn't posted nor does it have any corporate policy on the issue (we checked). An individual employee saying something isn't enough. And I'll note, the KENTUCKY Constitution provides clear protection for this action, would you throw out a guy with Jesus on his shirt just because an employee says they don't approve? Same part of the Kentucky Constitution.
