You can't deny its not a police state, I agree officers should be paid good. When officers such as the one we are talking about arrest you for not breaking the law then yes it is a police state. I have been told by many officers that carrying a firearm in the open in your vehicle is legal in actuality its not the only place a firearm is not considered concealed is in your glove box,Not in the seat next to you and not on your dash, a lot of officers I have talked to do not know this. KY is a Gold Start state open carry is legal I'm not saying anything bad about LMPD. Also I do not live in the highlands or in a trailer. I'm not a redneck nor am I a damn hippy.
