Why, because I understand the correct way to evaluate the Bill of Rights and the Kentucky Constitution. In this issue, the Kentucky Constitution provides MORE protection, hence, that is what I look at - not the Second Amendment. You can talk all you want about the Second Amendment, I'll depend upon the Kentucky Constitution on this issue. (Unless, of course, you have a problem with the general public carrying firearms, I don't.)
