Very well written and correct on every point. Many years ago (try 1997) when I was riding with an FTO we made a domestic run. The wife called the police on her husband who was sitting on a sofa. The wife told me and my FTO her husband was sitting on a gun which we found under the seat cushion. My FTO arrested the man for carrying a concealed weapon saying it was still concealed whether the man was inside his home or not. To this day, I have not been so sure although the man pleaded guilty to the charge.

For the sake of the officer in this incident, I hope that there was more to this case than what was presented here. Web sites like the one above give what appear to be some very credible facts. If the facts are credible and this poster is right, KY seems to be very receptive to "open carry," with very few exceptions.

I would said we would not enforce corporation policy, but if they asked him to leave and he refused we would enforce trespassing.
