I have mixed feelings. There will be an imbalance of the workload. LMPD has cultivated spoiled rotten lew10ants who are not used to earning their keep. Some lew10ants are in for a real culture shock going to the platoons. If you are planning on ever getting promoted to sergeant, I wouldn't hold my breath due to these changes that will surely make the prospects of becoming a sergeant even harder.
