A psychopath goes into a theater and shoots up innocent people, so now I have to give up my Constitutional right to bear arms? Please don't ever run for political office.

Nobody said you had to give up your right to bear arms. I will never give up mine. Just because we have a right to bear arms DOESN’T mean the police don’t have a right to make sure we are not psychotic assholes who might decide to start shooting innocent people. We all fully understand the need for carrying concealed weapons permits. Times change my friend, and when someone who is not easily identified as a sworn law enforcement officer decides to walk around in 2012 with a weapon hanging off his hip, folks tend to get concerned…with good reason.

Who cares about the Second Amendment? I don't - but I DO care about the Kentucky Constitution, which gives much broader rights to carry than the federal Constitution.

your a idiot that dude in the movie did not have a right to carry a firearm in there know the laws before you speak you sound stupid! #1 the movies does not allow firearms..#2 Colorado does not allow conceal carry in that state even with a permit. So the guy carrying was breaking the law from the beginning. IF you don't like my guns COME AND TAKE IT!
