Bull! What do you mean he had to do something about a man within his rights to bear arms? Police officers should protect peoples' rights, not look for ways to reduce someone's right to bear arms.
Police officers (agents of the government) are not responsible for enforcing company policies regarding carrying concealed weapons in their place of businesses. This is a remarkable situation and you can expect Mr. Dennis Sims to talk about this in your next in service. My gut tells me the officer was wrong and could not stand the sight of an individual being so bold as to carrying a weapon without "covering it up."
