Void. A drivers license is required to be hired. The City is not responsible for reckless behavior.

Southfields was a parking lot, it really wasn't a driving track. We need a driving training facility, but not just for the use of LMPD - but for all law enforcement, fire and EMS in the county. And we'd have a much better chance of getting one if we marketed it that way. Same for a firing range, it should be for ALL law enforcement in the county, not just one agency.
