Louisville Metro Police car crashes into house

I could never understand the argument some make that a bad Major has caused them to put in a transfer. Really? What exactly can a Major do that would cause you to put in a transfer? I am being dead serious, because I cannot think of a single thing. If this post is not ignored all together, here is how I expect it to be answered:

A.) If you worked in the 4th you'd know.

B.) It's too much to list.
