I understand what you are saying but think about it for a minute. Whatever the sd time is for it has to be filled by someone right? So unless it is something you are interested in, and from what you listed I promise you I am not, let him/her do it. Also I tend to think neither he nor she are a pleasure to work with so by he/she filing the spot it takes care of two problems. Slot no one wants, unwantable platoon mate gone. Win win
