Ask any second division officer, the parkland boys and girls club is a ceaspool. They fight nonstop, throw things at the police, and are a general meanace to the neighbors. Not to mention, the parties they have are for making money only, not the kids. They continually have problems, it's a joke and will cause more problems than it solves!
