Fleeing felon law could never work again. Hell, in the beginning we were told to only use a Taser as an alternative to shooting someone with a gun. Look how low the standard of acceptability for Tasing someone has become. Please don't be ignorant. The dissolvement of the "fleeing felon" laws were a madate of the federal government. No state can bring this barbaric law back.
