I said once and i'll say it again, computers don' t ride the streets and solve crime the officers do. If this chief thinks comstat is going to solve the crime wave that is fixing to hit this city this summer then we are doomed. He told us there will be "no street crimes unit ever again". I'm sorry but trying to get the community involved has been tried before and it has never worked. To solve the crime in this city you have to pount the hel out of the criminals and have the courts on your side.
