I have nothing against anyone making a little extra money on the side, but it's taxpayer money, and taxpayers have a right to express their unhappiness about how its being spent. If her advice is costing the city $10,000 like mentioned above, they should record it so others can watch later.

Were you in the class? Do you know that the majority of it was just facilitating by her? That she told the various groups of LTs what to do or talk about then present it to the rest of the class. Granted it got the discussion moving but NOTHING ELSE. The majority of the class were tired of constantly breaking into groups. It appears it was a waste of $$$$$
