Court is testing a new procedure to just "call" an officer and conference the case before 9am cases including felonies! I think there trying to another opportunity to not subpeona us on cases in the near future. You will see sooner or later they will and a new policy will come out about not answering your phone. I remember when going to court was easy in & out. Now since I hardly get a subpoena most everyone is getting verbal warnings since they get DWOP anyways with us not present.
