The ruling has no teeth until the Supremes rule on it. However, 15.520 does have teeth but the attacks are coming at it and the nitpicking on what this term and that term means have started. There are provisions in it which now need clarification because of people wanting to eliminate unions and they look at this as a step towards that. Face it some of these City managers/mayors/etc all want ultimate control and power and they want to return KY to an "At Will" state.
