It does not matter if a citizen signs a completely frivolous complaint. I know for for a fact that unless you are an LMPD officer, there will be no legal or civil action against you by our current PSU/PIU. Try suing someone on government assistance who changes there adress every 6 months. I guess you have to just live with the "Bad Penny" "Racist" scarlet letter for the rest of your career.
