Officer-involved shooting near PRP

I suspect the judge had access to ALL the facts on the case; I suspect the judge made a decision based on law and common sense and not anger or speculation. If the judge had ruled in your favor, you would not call it garbage, but since you are obviously against the decision, you would have made a better decision than a sitting Circuit Court judge.
