You cannot be serious... you think he lost control of his dog? Wow. And he was a kid? A kid that had just carjacked a woman in broad daylight as well as ramming another woman with an infant in her car. Kids will be kids? That dog was nowhere near killing him and I would hope not too many 15/16 yr olds are carjacking ppl & leading police on highspeed chases where a dog needs to be released on them.
