Chief Conrad tells Rotarians making city safe is top goal

So why are you still here? If it sucks so bad, why aren't you elsewhere? Genuine question. All I hear is how bad LMPD is paid, how sh*tty our contract is, how sh*tty our benefits are... yet the people I hear go on and on AND ON about it don't take the opportunity to go anywhere else. If you hate this department so much, why are you still working for it? There ARE other departments with openings.
