I hate to tell you but reserves are not equal to me. They may share the same powers as I have, but 2 weeks of BS training at nights and no FTO doesn't cut it. Its no different than Whitlock who received his so-called training from the constables association. The full-time deputies are great guys and I would work with them anywhere,but that still doesn't change the fact that jcso is a joke for the way its run by hettich and aubrey when he's there. I'm not saying that a lot of things in this place
