So... you don't have untrained... or very little trained Cadets...? Who possibly steal cars and commit felonies that are supposedly now non-existant? (one ex.)

And when did you leave... 5 days ago? Because some things have changed recently that you may not know about. I'm not saying either department is better or worse than than the other. I'm only saying you may not have all the facts, or your "facts" may be outdated, and that your comment was disrespectful.

I would be interesting to know, for sure, if he "charges" for the reserves. I know that Vaughn did not, but I have no idea if Aubrey reaps a financial windfall from using unpaid rather than paid deputies.
