that is up to your division. the biggest problem with a 4 by 10 is numbers. we will never be staffed with enough beat officers to do it on every shift in every division. so i would say mids and lates get the 4 by 10 and day work, well its day work. you get to be almost normal so no 4 by 10 for you. but there are better rotations that the 6 on 2 off.
